Ronald P. Frank, 62, of the 500 block of Porsha Terrace in Wormleysburg, was arrested Wednesday and charged with 16 felony and misdemeanor counts involving allegations of sexual misconduct with three male juveniles, according to a release from the West Shore Regional Police Department.
